Studio Hire
Conveniently located amidst the burgeoning Inner West cafe and restaurant scene and mere minutes from public transport, our Thebarton premises offer a fresh alternative to Dance Studio hire in Adelaide. Available for hire to students, performing artists or teachers of any discipline of dance, physical or movement theatre, our air-conditioned "Turning Point Dance" boasts a choice of three spacious studios. Each offers barres, mirrors, soundproofing, sprung floors and tarkett, ensuring a safe and professional class or rehearsal experience.
Ceiling clearance for all studio space is 4.5m.
Pilates and Warm up space - 6m x 3m
All hirers have access to car park, toilet (including disabled access), basic kitchen amenities (fridge, sink, kettle), wifi, and our in-studio speakers.
For catering or similar dedicated kitchen use, the Kitchen Facility can be hired separately (see rates below). Storage is also available for a small additional cost. Training equipment and office space are not available as standard hire items but may be arranged by separate negotiation.

Hirers use the premises at their own risk; Turning Point Dance is not liable for damage, loss, or injury.
Business hirers (e.g. running their own classes or rehearsals) must hold Public Liability Insurance of at least $20,000,000. Individuals hiring for personal practice are exempt.
The Hirer is responsible for any damage and must leave the studio clean and tidy — a $100/hr (+GST) cleaning fee applies if needed. No street shoes on the floors.
Cancelling long-term hire requires 30 days’ written notice; casual hire requires 7 days’ written notice.
Payment is due upfront or weekly as agreed, before hire begins.
Full terms, including insurance, damage, cancellation and conduct clauses, are set out in the Studio Hire Agreement, provided at the time of booking.
