Turning Point Dance – Uniform Order Form

This form is used to place orders for official Turning Point Dance uniform items.

Please read all information carefully before submitting your order.

Orders will be invoiced via Xero, and a deposit is required to confirm your order.

Please note:
• All uniform items are made to order and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Sizing is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
• Orders will only be placed once the required deposit has been paid.
• Invoices will be issued via Xero after this form is submitted.
