Intermediate Program – Grade 5 to Intermediate

Our Intermediate Program is designed for dancers from Grade 5 through to Intermediate level who want to refine their technique, build strength, and expand their versatility in a focused and challenging environment.

This program delivers 6 hours of training per day across a range of disciplines, preparing students to start Term 1 ahead in strength, confidence, and artistry.

What’s Included

  • Classical Ballet – technical precision, artistry, and stamina

  • Contemporary – versatility, creativity, and floor work

  • Drama – characterisation, performance quality, and stagecraft

  • Gyrotonics / Pilates – core strength, flexibility, and injury prevention

  • Character Dance – expanding stylistic range and musicality
